Agim Ceku und Ramuz Haradinaj werden in Den Haag angeklagt

Bekanntlich ist der Bruder vom Verbrecher und Primitiv Mörder Ramuz Haradinaj: Daut Haradinaj bereits zu 12 Jahren Haft verurteilt wegen:

Entführung, Folter, Mord, Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit usw..

Der beste Freund von Hashim Thaci der Verbrecher Fatmir Limaj sitzt aus selben Grunde im Knast in Den Haag.

Und jetzt kommt der Top Verbrecher und Mord Auftraggeber Agim Ceku (siehe Krainja Massaker an Zivilisten) dran.

Agim Ceku and Ramus Haradinaj to Be Accused of War Crimes

    August 17, 2004

The Prosecutor’s Office to the Hague Tribunal would soon announce 11 more accusations of war crimes committed in Kosova and in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbian Glas Javnosti newspaper reports, referring to the coordinator of the Tribunal’s Office in Belgrade, Alexandra Milenov. She couldn’t specify the names, but she hinted that there would be names of citizens of Serbia and Montenegro.

It also became clear that very soon the court in Hague would try members of the so-called Army to Liberate Kosovo. As early as September 2001, Serbian Government handed in to the Chief Prosecutor of the Tribunal, Karla del Ponte, proves of war crimes committed by Hasim Taci, Agim Ceku and Ramus Haradinaj. Former Serbian Minister of Justice, Vladan Batic, confirmed that the names of Ceku and Haradinaj would surely be among the indictments of the Tribunal, the newspaper adds.

Kosovo: Tinker, Tailor. Guerilla, Prime Minister, War Criminal?

    by Fatmire Terdevci
    15 November 2004

The Hague tribunal is investigating Ramush Haradinaj, a man who could be
    Kosovo's next prime minister.

PRISTINA, Kosovo -- In a move that sent shockwaves through Kosovo's
political landscape, the International Criminal Tribunal for former
Yugoslavia (ICTY) in The Hague has questioned the leader of the
province's third-largest political party, Ramush Haradinaj from the
Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), just as negotiations on the
formation of a new government are entering a critical phase.
Should the negotiations between the AAK and Kosovo's largest party,
the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), succeed, Haradinaj has a good
chance of even becoming prime minister. The AAK won nine seats in the
recent elections to the Kosovo assembly. Haradinaj has indicated his
willingness to enter a coalition with the LDK, which holds 47 seats,
provided he is offered the prime minister's position.
The ICTY interview took place on 10 November in Kosovo's capital
Pristina and concerned Haradinaj's role in 1998 and 1999 as a commander
of the insurgent Kosovo Liberation Army (UCK) in the western region of
    Dukagjini.
The ICTY's office of the prosecutor declined to confirm or deny
reports that Haradinaj could soon be indicted.
Haradinaj himself was vague about the contents of his talk with the
ICTY officials. "I gave my opinion on certain issues, but there are some
unresolved questions that make it necessary to continue our discussion
later on," he said in a press release.
Two days later, he sounded pricklier when asked about the meeting,
telling a local television station that he did not think the ICTY was
investigating him. "This is an insult to me and the whole of Kosovo," he
    said.

NATO warns against violence if Kosovo PM is indicted by ICTY

    BRUSSELS (AFP) Dec 09, 2004

NATO on Thursday delivered a stern warning to Kosovo's new prime minister and his supporters against a violent reaction if the former ethnic Albanian rebel commander is indicted for war crimes. NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer said any misbehavior would not be tolerated if the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) charges Ramush Haradinaj with crimes against Serbian civilians during the 1998-1999 war in Kosovo. In a meeting of NATO's governing board, the alliance's foreign ministers demanded that the prime minister and his supporters "behave responsibly if Mr Haradinaj might be indicted," de Hoop Scheffer said. He stressed that the decision on whether to indict Haradinaj was entirely up to ICTY chief prosecutor Carla del Ponte but that NATO, which has some 20,000 troops in the UN-administered southern Serbian province, would not tolerate violence. "It's important and that's what the ministers discussed: that Mr Haradinaj and his followers behave responsibly if he is indicted by the ICTY," de Hoop Scheffer told reporters. Haradinaj, 35, who was elected prime minister last week by Kosovo's parliament, is wanted by Belgrade on 108 counts of alleged war crimes against Serb civilians during the Kosovo war when he was a senior rebel commander. Serbian officials have referred the case to The Hague-based ICTY and tribunal investigators recently questioned Haradinaj although no charges against him have yet been laid. Haradinaj has denied all the allegations but Serbia on Saturday called on the United Nations, which has administered Kosovo since 1999, to annul his election.
